Coaching with Susie.
Strength and nutrition coaching that works on the deeper drivers behind how you live, not just how you look.
Susie Christie
Over six years coaching across strength, nutrition, behaviour change and mindset. Originally from Australia, now in the Wairarapa.
Susie is co-owner of Total Spectrum Health and its head coach. What sets her work apart is her ability to read the deeper drivers underneath behaviour: the patterns, the habits, the self-beliefs that quietly shape a person's health and quality of life. Rather than chasing aesthetics or short-term motivation, she helps people build awareness, capacity, and sustainable systems that hold long after the initial push fades.
Food and cooking sit close to the heart of her coaching. She is at her best teaching people to nourish themselves through simple, wholesome meals, and to rebuild a relationship with food that feels supportive and realistic for everyday life. People often describe her as compassionate, intuitive, grounded, and deeply invested in helping them genuinely change, not just in their body, but in the way they think, cope, and show up.
One to one, in person.
Susie coaches face to face at Strength Nation in Masterton. It is hands-on, personal, and built around you, not a template.
Strength and movement
Training built for your body and your stage, taught properly so it transfers into real, lasting capability.
Food and nourishment
Practical, from-scratch coaching around eating well and rebuilding a calm, supportive relationship with food.
Mind and nervous system
The inner work: self-belief, stress, regulation, and the habits that hold change in place when motivation dips.
Real accountability
A coach who knows you, notices the patterns, and tells you the truth with care, every step of the way.
Their words. Their results.
These are real people Susie has worked with, in their own words. The change is theirs.
I no longer put myself down. I have a growth mindset now, and I take every chance to learn and grow.
It wasn't just go to the gym three times a week. It was a full combination: exercise, food, mental strength, and learning to believe in yourself.
Now I go back to the things I know help me feel better. A walk, the gym, fresh air, five minutes for myself. It changes everything.
I didn't have to keep living as my old self. I could actually become the person I wanted to be.
Apply for coaching.
Susie coaches a small number of people at a time, so her one-to-one places are limited and offered by application. When a place opens, she works through every application personally. Add your details just below, with a little about where you are, and she will reach out when the timing is right.
