Twelve Weekly Lessons

Your 90-Day Rebuild Plan
Personalised, written, signed off. The blueprint for what you do for the ninety days after Foundations ends, whether that's continuing solo, joining The Practice, or stepping into 1:1.
Three Live Group Calls

The Seed Certificate
You finish with the bronze Seed of Life seal, the symbol you've completed Foundations and earned a place in the Total Spectrum Health community. It's small. It matters.

Find the root
Three weeks where we look at you carefully before asking you to change a thing. By the end of Week 3, your Root Reading lands, the first time someone has named what you've actually been carrying for years.
PHASE 02 · WEEKS 4–9
Rebuild the pillars
Six weeks of one thing at a time. Body first, because nothing holds when sleep, movement and food are still fighting you. Then the emotional work most programs never reach. Mental and Spiritual where your Root Reading needs them, never on someone else's timetable.
PHASE 03 · WEEKS 10–12
Integrate the system
Three weeks where the work stops feeling like a program and starts feeling like how you live. You leave with your written Root Reading, your own 90-day plan, and the answer to the question every graduate eventually asks: what grows from the seed.
